Mr. Hemingway is Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Ofﬁcer of Zions Bancorporation and Executive Vice President of Zions First National Bank. He began his banking career with Zions in September of 1973. He has served in a variety of positions, including his most recent position as Chairman of the Board for Zions Direct. Mr. Hemingway has also served or currently serves on numerous public and private boards including but not limited to, the ABA Securities Association, Morris/Murdock Travel, Inc., FHLB (Seattle), Federal Agriculture Mortgage Corporation, and the Utah Bankers Association. He holds a Political Science degree from Brigham Young University and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Utah. Mr. Hemingway is a Registered Municipal Securities Principal.

Mr. Livingston has worked in the Investments Division of Zions Bank since 2005 where he has focused on asset/liability and treasury management-related projects including capital markets funding strategies and regulatory and accounting issues. He serves on Zions' Asset and Liability and Corporate Trust Committees and as a director of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle. He holds series 52 and 53 securities licenses and oversees Zions' public finance offices in Utah/Idaho, California, Nevada, Arizona and Boston. He has a B.A. in economics from Brigham Young University and an M.S. in applied economics and a Ph.D. in business administration from University of Rochester.
